Our Policies

The price of a wedding rug is $150.00, which includes shipping and handling. Special items begin at $500.00. It does not include any applicable sales tax. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit when you place your order. We will also need an evening phone number and valid e-mail address. If you are purchasing a custom painted rug, two weeks lead-time, in addition to shipping time will be required. If you want your rug personalized with your first names and the date in 1" letters, this will require an additional two weeks and $25.00 charge, due when you place your order, for personalization.

Bonney will contact you to ask you about colors, designs, borders, etc. Usually, there are many e-mails during the creation of your rug to make sure you are happy with the direction it’s taking. Upon completion, you will be e-mailed a picture of the finished rug. At that time you will be required to pay the remaining 50% and the rug will be mailed to you via USPS standard mail.

We will work very hard to make sure you are happy with your wedding rug. If we are unable to satisfy your needs, you may mail the rug back to us and you will be refunded 50% when we receive your rug.
